How can I prove this? Simple! Give your business plan to different lenders – you’ll get different responses. Now give it to different investors – you’ll get different responses.
There will be some consistent messages in the responses – but you won’t get exactly the same response. That’s the subjectivity at work and it is one of the reasons that you need to be talking to more than one investor or lender.
One might say no, the next might say yes. You will never know unless you ask them.
